We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible products.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

  • A processing fee of ₹1,000 will be deducted to cover shipping and administrative expenses.

  • A restocking fee of ₹1,500 will be deducted for all non-defective returns.

Exclusions:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products that have already been exchanged under this policy.

  • Discounted or sale items are non-returnable.

2.   Exchange Policy

Within 7 Days:

  • Items can be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value.

  • A handling fee of ₹1,000 will be charged for product exchanges.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition along with all certificates and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3.  Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, minus a 1% payment gateway fee.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are moved to the production phase.

4.  Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Submit a Return Request:

  • Fill in the return/exchange form with your order details.

  • Once submitted, our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Secure Packaging & Shipping:

  • Once your return is approved, we will share the shipping details.

  • The item must be securely packaged and include all original documentation.

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

5.  Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Shipping fees and restocking fees are non-refundable.
